Andrew Mckie is a specialist property Barrister whom conducts litigation on a direct access basis and I am committed to providing a friendly, approachable and effective service for my clients. I act for clients nationwide in a wide range of matters and provide a full service from the start to finish of a case
Where I am based
I am based in Penrith Cumbria but I act for clients all over the UK to ensure that you get a personal, focused service with confidence in what I am doing and how I will help you.
I have been a direct access Barrister since 2015 and I have assisted hundreds of clients to get the solution they needed. I pride ourselves on a no-nonsense and no jargon service, with clear and focussed advice for my clients.

I have acted for clients in professional negligence actions involving negligent advice given by solicitors in relation to conveyancing transactions.
Contract Law/ Debt Claims
I assist both claimants, individuals and SMEs with contractual disputes such a disputes over products, Consumer Rights Act 2015 cases, and cases related to supply of goods or services. I have also advised individuals on debt recovery and the defence of debt or contract claims.
